Arouna Cosme, Bernard Hounnouvi, Isidore Tossou, Brice Houssou, Constant Prosper Sossou, Christian De Souza, Emile Mensah, Basile Babylas Agbato, Félix Sohoundé Pépéripé and Serge d'Almeida are the ten (10) officials of the Confederation of African Boules Sports (Casb) within the National Organizing Committee of the 2023 World Petanque Championship in Benin Installed in their functions on Saturday, May 6, 2023 by the boss of the African petanque, these experts have the responsibility to work for the success of this event which will attract in Cotonou from 8 to 17 September 2023, more than 600 athletes from around the world. It is said that "He who wants to travel far, spares his mount. Dear internal and external collaborators, it is therefore in prelude to this eventuality that I thought I should call you individually and collectively in your capacity as senior executives of the Casb to be ready to face the important challenge that awaits your country Benin from 8 to 17 September 2023, "said El Hadj Idrissou Ibrahima. These Casb missionaries, most of whom are diplomats, lawyers, senior administrative staff, communicators and sports actors, have added to the technical committees and commissions previously set up for the occasion by the Beninese Minister of Sports. Within the National Organizing Committee of this competition, these experts will be the eye of the Casb, and will effectively accompany the group for the organization in accordance with the specifications submitted to the appreciation of the International Federation of Petanque and Provençal Game (Fipjp), chaired by Claude Azéma. We wish to obtain from you, four (04) months before the competitions, behaviours worthy of leaders guided by availability, rigour in courtesy and loyalty in the greatest humility because the cause is certainly great and common, but the image of the Casb and especially that of the Republic of Benin must be well cared for and safeguarded", wished the president of the Casb recalling as usual, the commitment of the government of Benin, to reveal the country through this international competition
